The 5 Best Places To Watch Fourth Of July Fireworks In NYC

Some of my favorite memories growing up involve watching the Macy's Fourth of July fireworks show. Not only is it beautiful, but it's incredible how fireworks can bring people together. However, during this unprecedented times, gathering in large group settings to watch fireworks is not the safest or smartest idea. However, that doesn't mean that we aren't going to get fireworks.

In New York City, starting on June 29, residents can expect to see random fireworks set off at high-elevation and unannounced leading up to the televised show on July 4. The show will consist of the best moments from the previous nights of fireworks since there will unfortunately be no large display this year.

Hopefully, fingers crossed, if our current crisis gets better in the coming months, we can look forward to celebrating Fourth of July by watching our favorite firework spectaculars in person. In the meantime, if you want to plan for future viewing events, keep reading to find out the best places to watch Fourth of July fireworks in NYC.
